All puppies will be examined by a licensed vet prior to delivery. Shipping
expenses are non-refundable. Shipping is $275, subject to change without
notice. The shipping price includes transportation to the airport, airfare, pet
taxi, health certificate and insurance. NOTE: Pet taxi will also be useful in
housebreaking your new puppy. Please be aware that there may be shipping
restrictions at certain times of the year due to temperature requirements at time
of shipping of puppies. We assume no liability for injury or death of puppy while

To be eligible for this entire guarantee, proof is required that the buyer has
taken the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. If the
puppy is transferred to another person this guarantee is void. A puppy showing
any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced under the following
terms and conditions:
· Animal must show the defect by 1 year of age and be examined by a
veterinarian.
· Breeder must be notified within 24 hours of onset of the problem, in
writing, with a report from the licensed veterinarian. Breeder's veterinarian will
interpret the report and if he concurs, then a replacement puppy will be given
as soon as one that is same breed and sex is available.
· A puppy with a defect must be returned with specified problem or
euthanized and returned with the prior permission of the breeder to qualify for a
replacement puppy. Registration of the puppy, if applicable, must also be
returned.
· Any physical problem, which is or could be the result of injury or accident,
is not covered under this guarantee.
· The pup must have up to date vaccinations and be recorded by a licensed
veterinarian or this guarantee is void.
· No refund, in part or in full, will be given. A returned puppy must be
returned to the breeder in good condition, other than the specified problem, at
the buyer's expense within 4 days of notification to the breeder in order to
qualify for a replacement puppy.
· Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the breeder.
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, i.e.
allergies, thyroid dysfunction, mange and other autoimmune disorders that are
not covered by this guarantee. This guarantee does not include stress-induced
illnesses such as hypoglycemia or coccidian. Minor defects that are of little
consequence for the puppy's health such as a minor under bite, over bite, or a
hernia are not covered. Obvious hernias, if any, will be repaired before
shipping. Puppies may be, but are not guaranteed to be, show quality.
All veterinarian charges incurred by the purchaser are the sole responsibility of
the purchaser and will under no circumstances be paid by the breeder. The
breeder guarantees a healthy companion pet, but does not guarantee adult size,
color or temperament, Puppies may be, but are not guaranteed to be, show
quality nor does breeder guarantee for breeding. This contract is null and void
if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled. Federal USDA and the State of Iowa
Rules & Regulations govern all warranties and guarantees. All sales are
considered initiated, transacted and finalized in Polk County, Iowa. All puppies

times before going to the new owner. Below is the vaccination and
worming schedule that we follow:
3 weeks - dewormed
5 weeks - dewormed; Parvo vaccination.
6 weeks - dewormed;distemper-measles vaccination.
7 weeks - dewormed; Parvo vaccination
10 weeks - dewormed; combination vaccination
13 weeks - dewormed; combination vaccination
16 weeks - Rabies vaccination may be done
